Maal Hijrah..
According to Wikipedia , the Maal Hijrah or also known as Awal Muharram is an important day for Muslims as it marks an important event that happened in the history of Islam. It commemorates the migration of Prophet Muhammad from Mecca to Medina in 622 AD. Occurred on 1 Muharram, it is the first day of the Hijrah calendar.

In Malaysia, it is a religious day in which Muslims held prayers at mosques across the country. Day of Awal Muharram Maal Hijrah or a public holiday in Malaysia.

hmm. for me, Maal Hijrah year is not the same as last year. well, nothing special ceremony in conjunction with Maal Hijrah at my college. but in a small ceremony, the students had prayers at the mosque. prayer and the beginning of the end of the year also included once. I am not participate and only do it in the room. oh ya, if at home, I prefer to watch on television the events that are held by certain quarters. of course there were nasyid presentation, religious talks and if I'm not mistaken, there were also awards for those who have served.

well, maal hijrah a new year for Muslims around the world and of course we are talking about a new resolve.it is all about resolution and hope. ya i know, i should have one or maybe more than one resolution and hope. of course i have, too many perhaps.especially my studies at university. I really want good results each semester and get a band 4 in MUET examination. So insyaallah I will be able to continue my studies to degree level. as a child, I am sure everyone wants to be the child of pious and righteous, just as I do. Maal Hijrah in conjunction with this, I always pray that God made me a better child to my parents .amin.
as humans, we can not prevent ourselves from making mistakes. it is only natural. I know, so many mistakes I did. may also be a lot of people discouraged me. So, I really hope I become a better person, always respect the people and most importantly, obedience to Allah swt. Insyaallah.

People out there, though wherever we are, although we do not celebrate Maal Hijrah more lively, we must make the Maal Hijrah as a point for us to make changes to better ourselves and those around us. we can make our prophet, Nabi Muhammad saw as an idol and the best example for us, as the Nabi Muhamad dared to do migration from Mecca to Medina, we must dare to make changes.

oh ya, Maal Hijrah at night, I was browsing the Internet. and I found something very beautiful, very wonderful and very valuable on this earth. So, pondering the beauty of the earth is Allah's creation. He is the most powerful.

here it goes...

Assalammualaikum.
Okay, what can I say about my self... I am a simple person, but quite difficult for people to understand.. hmmm maybe haha..
I like to talk, I like to listen. I like to see the sunrise in the morning, I like to see the moonlight at night, I like to feel the music flowing on my face and dreams come. hehe. I like to smell the wind coming from the ocean. I like to look at the clouds in the sky with a blank mind, I love rainbow. well, I need more than one entry to describe about myself. haha
okay, back to the story.. it is about one of my subject in this semester..

BEL260 :)

Since this is our first BEL260 class, there was an ice-breaking session.

After that, we played a game. if I am not mistaken, the game was named battle of the ship. It was conducted by our new lecturer, Miss Hana. We were divided into 8 groups and each group have to give a name to their group. My group name was Zetabyte. Haha. Actually, I don’t know what exactly meaning of this name. Maybe it can show our strength. hehe
in this game, we need to give examples of the categories given by the lecturer. For example, if the category is female singers, each member of the group must give the names of female singers. However, we cannot give the same name that was mentioned by other members of the group. This is the challenge of this game. If there is anyone who gives the same name, he or she will be removed from the group and will be punished. I was very lucky to also be one of those who being punished. haha
Honestly, this game was enjoyable. Surprisingly, I feel extremely refreshed and happy too. Well, this class is in the morning so of course I felt a little bit sleepy hehe.
Oh ya. After the game over, Miss Hana asked us the purpose of this game.
For me, this game is all about attention.
We need to pay attention and be alert.
Well, it is important for our listening in MUET (:
Alright, that’s all for my post today.
Let’s see more progress on the other day. See ya!
